A telecom network functionally integrates the customer premises equipment and network equipment thereby extending the services to several users. Various factors affect performance of the elements, and oftentimes leading to faults / failures and subsequently poor telecom services. Ensuring a 24 X 7 uninterrupted telecom services to the customers and users alike is our prime business.

Considering the complexity of the telecom network and geographical distribution of the equipment, faults/errors do occur, thus interrupting the normal services extended to the customers. However, frequent breakdowns and longer duration to repair & restore the services leads to customers‘ dissatisfaction. Telecom service providers, many a times, are bound to lose their valuable customers and their revenue.

Solution to the above problem is extended through Adese‘s Telecom Support System (TSS), integrated to the normal telecom operational network. It gives an integrated solution for voice, data and network functionality. The automated system streamlines all the operations through Fault Management and Service Management.

The functions intended to be carried out by the support system includes monitoring the health of the equipment in surveillance mode, checking performance characteristics periodically and taking up corrective measures as part of preventive maintenance job and also resorting to remedial action as and when registered through a customer. The above tasks are aided by the customer & equipment records stored as part of the TSS database, quick retrieval and update whenever required.
